Traveling to Hilton Head and looking for somewhere to swim? H2A does host visiting club swimmers. They must be USS registered and we do charge a $10 practice fee per day.

Please notice our meet schedule as we will not be practicing on weekends the team is away.

*Our practice times can be found in the Practice Schedule Tab. 

*Due to the high volume of emails each week asking for detailed information we are unable to keep up with these requests.

*Please let us know when you would like train with us and the ages your swimmers and we will try to place them in the appropriate group.

* We will not run private practices or run pre-written workouts from another coach.
